Café Centro's New Executive Chef

For over 10 years, Chef William Graver has been cooking up delicious and creative dishes across the Palm Beach County area. Chef Will got his start in cooking at the Lincoln Culinary Institute (formerly Florida Culinary Institute) in 2008. Upon graduation, he honed his craft at well-known establishments like Carmine’s Crab Shack and Spotos Water Bar and Grill.

This extensive experience has now brought Chef Will to Cafe Centro where he is excited to show off his culinary vision to everyone who steps through our doors. Be on the lookout for his weekly dinner specials where you can truly get a taste of his passion and love for cooking.
